Tapering Step Two -
Take the tape and carefully tape it to the inside
circumference of the two inch pipe near the end that will eventually
become the mouthpiece end. In the pic here I have drawn a couple of
arrows on the tape pointing towards the ends of the tape to help show
where the tape is and how it is positioned within the pipe.
Notice the gap between the ends of the tape. This gap represents the difference between the outside circumference of the 1.5 inch pipe and the inside circumference of the 2 inch pipe.
