Comments:
Paul Kelly's songs combine the general sweep of real life with the moving, sympathetic, intimate focus of detail one feels a connection to. His music is very much rock with ballad / folk-rock overtones. With some mid '80s blues and '60s aussie garage rock influences. Paul himself has become an accomplished composer for film, television and theatre.Ernie Dingo, who himself has some australian television and film acclaim, turned up at the studio with a PVC pipe he'd bought from a hardware store along the way to use as a didjeridu on "From Little Things Big Things Grow". Giving a final touch to the powerful story of the song.
