Comments:
Steve Turre does play didj on a McCoy Tyner big band album (i haven't heard it yet, so i can't comment on his didj playing).

Steve Turre (trombone and conch player extraordinaire) plays about 1:40 worth of didj on one tune. Don't buy it strictly for didj, you'll be disappointed. Not that the didj playing is bad, there's just not very much of it. On the other hand, it's interesting to hear didj in a jazz setting, even if it's not very much of it. On the other hand, if you like McCoy Tyner's music, by all means get it. He's playing live in a big band setting.
