Native Ground is: - Gordy Ryan (percussion) has performed and recorded with Baba Olatunji's Drums of Passion, Mickey Hart, Gabrielle Roth and the Mirrors, Airto and Carlos Santana. - Al Shackman (guitar), recently musical director for the legendary Nina Simone, has performed and recorded with Dinah Washington, The Drifters, Carole King, Miriam Makeba, Benny King and Sarah Vaughan. - Gary Thomas (didjeridu) has produced and recorded his own album "Didjeridoo - Ancient Sound of the Future" and has performed and recorded with Tim Wheater, Gabrielle Roth & the Mirrors, Hassam Ramsey, and Jeff Turner.
